Andy Dugan's background includes writing, producing, directing, acting, photography, design, business development, finance, operations and administration and he has applied those skills to a variety of media properties and private organizations.
Andy has worked extensively in the entertainment and high-tech industries, the bread and butter of Los Angeles' commercial culture. He has held management positions including Creative Director, Executive Producer, and CEO. He is also the CEO of Quantify., a social media firm and new media production company. Before Quantify, he was the co-founder of C/D Entertainment, a production company that took 2 Emmy Nominations and 1 win for shows produced by Andy. In addition, he has served as a Producer at Incognito Pictures, and was the Creative Director and Producer for itsallinyourhands.com, a Webby Award winning web site with interactive content.
His expertise is in the area of producing high-end film production with any budget available to him. He is known to make things that cost little look like they cost millions. He most recently produced 'Flashing Lives' at Incognito Pictures. His other credits includes the Emmy Award winning series 'Satacracy 88' for NBC/FOX site Hulu.com, the Stark Award winning HIV Prevention series 'In The Moment', and 'Marvelous', a feature film he wrote that is in development at Incognito Pictures. Andy has been nominated and won Emmy Awards, Webby Awards, and was a pioneer in the New Media film production space.
Dugan studied Film and TV Production at NYFA and Advertising at the University of Oklahoma.
